Room reservation should be made through the official APAA 2019 website. The special rates are offered to the conference participants only. Reservation will be confirmed only when you complete the booking process. Hotel reservation will be made on a first-come, first-served basis. The prices do not include service charge and government tax (about 15.5% in total), which will be added upon payment.
Reservation & Confirmation
All hotels listed above can be reserved through the Conference Official Website. To guarantee the room nights, please select the check-in and check-out dates, and settle the full payment of room fees. A confirmation will be sent to you by email. If you need to amend the reserved room nights, please email to the Conference Secretariat at email@example.com.
To cancel your hotel, a written notification should be sent to the Conference Secretariat at firstname.lastname@example.org. If a replacement delegate cannot be arranged, the following cancellation charges will apply:
- If you cancel on and before June 30, 2019, the entire booking will be refunded after deducting bank transaction charges and applicable taxes.
- If you cancel on or after July 1, 2019 but on or before July 31, 2019, 20% of the entire room fees will be charged and the rest of your payment will be refunded.
- If you cancel on or after August 1, 2019 but on or before August 31, 2019, 50% of the entire room fees will be charged and the rest of your payment will be refunded.
- No refund will be made for cancellation received on or after September 1, 2019. The whole room fees will be forfeited.
- The refund will be made in the same manner as you made the payment.
- All refunds will be made post closure of the Council Meeting.
- All cut-off dates are based on Taiwan time (GMT+8).
